In accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Royal Watt online store carries out the exchange and return of goods in proper quality.

Return shipping of goods is carried out with the assistance of the buyer.

At the Nova Poshta branch :

Pack the goods.
Pay for return shipping.
Please provide the declaration number to our manager.
Get your money back within 14 days.

To ensure a quick and easy return or exchange, your item must be complete, with all original packaging and labels intact and in its original condition.

IF YOU RECEIVED A BROKEN LINK:

We recommend checking each parcel at the post office and not accepting parcels of the wrong type:

crumpled or damaged;
with torn packaging;
with broken, torn or deformed goods.

You have the legal right not to pick up such an item. At the post office, simply refuse the package and notify the manager by phone at +38 (093) 429-55-92 .

We will resolve the situation directly with the delivery service, and we will resend the selected item to you.

If you nevertheless receive a defective parcel, the store is not responsible for the quality of the goods inside the parcel.

In accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", a company may refuse a buyer the exchange or return of goods of proper quality if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of non-food products that cannot be returned or exchanged .

Refunds will be made once we receive the goods.

Refunds are made to a card or by money transfer to a Nova Poshta branch.

Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving your parcel at the Nova Poshta branch. We will only reimburse postage costs if the item is defective.

If the product is of good quality, all return costs are borne by the customer.
