Privacy Policy for Information and Personal User Data


The provisions of the Privacy Policy for Information and Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") apply to any type of information that the online store may obtain about the User when using the programs, goods, and products presented in the store.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

6. ON THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The User agrees that he/she is obliged to:

7. ON THE LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of the User's confidential data, the Administration shall be liable if this data:

7.2.1. became publicly available earlier;

7.2.3. disclosed with the permission of the User or his legal representative.


8.1. Before filing a lawsuit to resolve a dispute between the User and the Administration, the Parties undertake to submit their claims in writing and provide a written proposal for dispute resolution.

8.2. The recipient of the claim must, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from this moment, notify the applicant in writing of the result of the consideration of the claim.

8.3. If an agreement between the parties cannot be reached and the dispute is not resolved, it (the dispute) is referred to the court, where it is considered in accordance with the procedure established by law.

8.4. The provisions of the Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration are subject to the provisions of current legislation.


9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The online store administration reserves the right to make changes to the provisions of this Privacy Policy without obtaining the consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy shall only take effect from the moment it is posted on the website of this online store (unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Privacy Policy).

9.3. All questions and suggestions regarding this Privacy Policy may be sent through the relevant section of the website of this online store.

9.4. Privacy policies are posted on the online store website.
